GtkWarning when there are no items to display

When a Source is entered but has no items to display, the following warning is shown in a terminal...

/usr/share/kupfer/kupfer/ui/browser.py:515: GtkWarning: gtk_window_resize: assertion `height > 0' failed
  self.list_window.resize(subwin_width, subwin_height)

I have noticed this when Pidgin Contacts is entered and either no contacts are online, or pidgin is closed. I'm sure there would be other cases, too.

With this patch, if the proposed height is 0, then defaults will be used. I chose the height of 200 since that is the default for when there are too many items to show without scrolling.
