Wrong icons for filetypes if icon theme is changed

Bug Description

If you change the icon theme and use v208 of kupfer you get sometimes the wrong icon.

This does not happen to me when i use the default icon theme of my desktop environment.

My default is "elementary xfce (dark)" on xubuntu 12.10.

It looks for me that kupfer uses the icon if it don't know which icon to choose. Or does some kind of caching/reusing thats why i did a video.
