Bug Description
slip frequency event controls the relative amount of slipped notes on a channel. The default slip frequency is probably "everytime". As the default amount of slip is 0 by default.

Actually we may need separate fail frequency for rhythmic and melodic fails. This may not be too hard to implement. Some game might want to use these two for different factors, so probably important too.
