Bug Description
Kunquat uses stock icons for some tool bar buttons. Using stock icons is good in cases where the icon truly reflects the standard use case for that icon. In many other cases, such as the event window button or the instrument window button, we are miss using the standard icons. These should be replaced with custom icons. The icons do not need to be great at first. However we should commit to using our own icons regardless of their quality. We can always improve the quality later on.
