[Bug Description]
Since old firmware does not support HCLGE_OPC_PF_RST_DONE, it will
return -EOPNOTSUPP to the driver when received this command.

[Steps to Reproduce]
1.using old firmware
2.run global reset

[Actual Results]
reset fail

[Expected Results]
reset ok

[Reproducibility]
Inevitably

Kernel: NA

[Resolution]
This patch just print a warning and return success to the caller.

This patch fix 72e2fb07997c ("net: hns3: clear reset interrupt status in hclge_irq_handle()"), which landed in mainline kernel since v5.4. This is not needed for v4.15 based kernel.
