Bug Description
The footer in the kubuntunew wiki theme currently says:
The material on this wiki is available under a free license, see Copyright / License for details
You can contribute to this wiki, see Wiki Guide for details
This is taken from the ubuntunew theme, which is used on help.ubuntu.com. On wiki.ubuntu.com, no license has been decided on so far. There also is no /License page. Until a license is decided on, the first line of the footer should probably be removed. Attached is a screenshot of the current footer.
