Kubuntu New Wiki Theme - "You are here" text is incorrect

Bug Description

If I go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kubuntu, the you are here text says, "You are here: Kubuntu Wiki » Kubuntu". This is incorrect. It should say "You are here: Ubuntu Wiki » Kubuntu" since I am on wiki.ubuntu.com instead of wiki.kubuntu.org.
