[wiki] title underlines overlap table of contents

Using the kubuntunew theme on the wiki, title underlines overlap the table of contents. Using Konqueror 4.2.2.

This appears to be an issue with the javascript we use to round the page. The wiki links work perfectly with JS disabled, but don't with it enabled.

Matt Nuzum spotted that it has to do with the '.sb, .sbi, .sb *, .sbi * {position: relative; z-index: 1}' style applied by the script. I'm trying to figure out how to modify that while still displaying the contents.

I believe this might be caused by the same problem, but the boxes created by the {{{ tags also overlap the table of contents. I have attached a screenshot of this issue.
