Kubuntu Release-Notes Xenial-Xerus 16.04 (beta +final) are missing link to RN-Ubuntu 16.04

Kubuntu users should become well aware of some issues not beeing resolved until final release, that come from the underlying system [1]. (Like removal of FGLRX, etc.) Other users may also be interested in changes/updates that are not Kub related and don't get ANY mentioning. Like e.g. PHP7, etc.

This is a regression against all previous RN's of Kub and got handeled already in bug #1532372 (RN Wily)

The 1st picture seems to be bit big in Size to me, it should be something like 300kB - not everyone is on 20 Mbit powerline.

Some advice could be seeked from looking at the RN's of the other flavours, too [2]. It helps to extend the view over the edge of the own plate; in most cases.
