Set Date and Time Automatically produces Action: 4 Error

Bug Description

Whenever I try to turn on and apply 'Set Date and Time Automatically' in the Date and Time Settings, it shows "Unable to authenticate/execute the action: 4. I've installed the package 'ntp' but it did not help. I did not find any relevant log to show. If any log needed please specify below I will attach it here.

Reproducible: Every time

Environment: Kubuntu 15.04 with KDE5 plasma
