lts download links not working

Bug Description

I visited < http://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu > and attempted to download the 12.04.3 isos or torrents but all give 404s and after visiting < http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/precise/release/ > only the 12.04.4 files are found there. I personally dont think any lts point release files should have been removed from this folder. Looking at the date of when these files were uploaded, i would say that the links havent been functioning for the last 10 days or so.

Is there a means to download the 12.04.3 release, as i wanted to do some testing between the versions.

after comparing the download page to the ftp directory, i see the ftp directory has links to desktop and alternative entries for macs and powerpcs but the download page doesnt.
