Bug Description
The existing feature tour page doesn't use any JS effects.
The artwork is fine, but JS can be used to make the feature tour more attractive.
So, the following steps need to be done in order to introduce JS into the feature tour:
1. Use current feature tour for non-JS browsers.
2. Page layout:
i. 6 picture slideshow at top. includes: general, 4 things, apps (general)
ii. Apps (specific): tabs for each category and within it a comprehensive explanation about the options of the apps.
