Email filter disappears after reboot machine

Bug Description
After updating to Kmail2 all my email filters had disappeared. I was a little bit annoyed that I had to reconfigure all those filters again. But ok, sometimes you take same issues for granted when performing a major version update. But after I rebooted my laptop everything was gone again! First I thought I hadn't applied my changes correctly or I din't press the OK button. After some testing I found out that when closing en restarting Kmail everything the filters are not removed. But after restarting the whole system the filters are gone again...
Can someone help me with this issue? In case you need some logging dumps or any other information please let me know.
Strange thing is I can't find any other bug report that relates to this.

There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Kubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 887039
and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
