Bug Description

KJots component in kontact seems broken in KDE 4.7 when combined with a kolab server.
I use a kolab server for PIM storage. With KDE 4.7 kontact, kolab notes are now handled with the kjots component in kontact. However, when using german umlauts in a german Kubuntu setup, these characters are not displayed correctly (they get translated to something that looks like raw UTF-8). Furthermore, notes get displayed as raw RTF text instead with the formatting applied, which makes them pretty unreadable. This happens even for newly created notes after synchronizing the kolab and imap backend in akonadi and restarting kontact.
