Bug Description
In KDE shipped with Kubuntu 10.10 and with the latest 4.6 release, the size of the K-Menu is flipping around if it is changed in size with a graphic tablet (tested with wacom intuos 3 9x13).
With a mouse this problem dosn't occur.

There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.
