Default templates missing for KMail

Bug Description
I use currently KDE 4.6 RC2 as provided by the Kubuntu Team PPA.
I noticed in kmail, when I forward or reply to an email, it does not quote it. The reason for this seems that the default templates are missing. When I select in each account to use the custom templates (which unaltered are like the default ones IIRC), then it works all fine.

There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Kubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 700934
and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
