Bug Description

I checked Kubuntu 18.04, the localization is pretty bad...

some apps are not even translated, and some have grammatical errors.

Not sure if I can call this a bug, though.

Unless it is in a Kubuntu specific tool not translated by KDE, then localisation for KDE applications is handled upstream at:

https://l10n.kde.org

https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/translation

and bugs to bugs.kde.org
