ktp-text-ui 15.10 crash on opening chat with any contact

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE Telepathy contact list
2. Double click on any contact

Actual Results: ktp-text-ui window appear, but then disappear (because ktp-text-ui crashed)

Expected Results: ktp-text-ui doesn't crash

According to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347313 libkf5emoticons-bin wasn't installed. After installation of this package crash is gone.

Packaging issue then?

That certainly looks to be the case. I will fix it today. Though I am not
doing much packaging these days. Please contact kubuntu-devel in the

The problem is still present in Kubuntu 16.04. Please fix it ;-)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Kubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Kubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1493704

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
