Upgrade to 4.11 causes vast packages removal

I'm using kubuntu backport and just noticed, that kde version jumped to 4.11, but very much packages are dropped during upgrade, even from same archive, including kwin-style-qtcurve. For example, result of kde-plasma-desktop upgrade command:

qtcurve fix uploaded to backport ppa. The rest of the kwin styles (dekorator, skulpture) are broken with kde 4.11, and the rest of the plasma* packages are 3rd party, please contact whoever provides them.

I don't see a qtcurve fix in backports. Was it uploaded to the Kubuntu-backport ppa?
