Kubuntu Widgets panel breaks normal device left clicking with touchscreen

I use Acer W501/500 tablet with Kubuntu 12.10.Everything work fine, but i have a problem with widgets panel.
When I place the cursor, with my touchscreen, over the widget panel on the desktop, its breaks left clicking and i cant click with my touchscreen.But with mouse i can normally work.But in apps i can still work with my touchscreen.
Now the solution that i use is that i lock changing widgets and use touchscreen for work.

Я использую Acer W500 с Kubuntu 12.10. Всё работает нормально, но с виджетами есть проблема.
Когда я навожу курсор на панель виджетов с помощью тачскрина, у меня пропадает возможность щелкать с помощью тачскрина.Его можно двигать, но когда я навожу на что-нибудь, то просто всплывает информация, как-будто я навел туда курсор, но щелкнуть с помощью тача я уже не могу. Приходится перезагружаться.С мышкой всё нормально работает, даже если отключился тач.
Единственный выход который я нашел, это заблокировать изменения виджетов и нормально работать.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Kubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Kubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1092319

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
