monitor settings reset in kubuntu 12.04

In kubuntu 12.04, in both kde 4.8 and 4.9, after rebooting, the settings for when the monitor goes to sleep continually resets to one minute, requiring me to go to system settings and set the settings after every reboot.

There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.
