[Kubuntu PPA] kdeartwork-theme-window package cannot be installed

The package kdeartwork-theme-window cannot be installed since it depends on libkdecorations4abi1.
libkdecorations4abi1 does not exist in the kubuntu updates ppa, but it does exist in kubuntu-backports and kubuntu-beta.
However, there does exist a libkdecorations4 package in kubuntu updates.

libkdecorations4abi1 can't be installed, because it wants to remove libkdecorations4abi2 which is required by kwin and other packages.

This dependency issue is related to the recent KDE 4.14.13 update from the Kubuntu backports PPA.
