After speaking with Bart we've split the work into two tasks:

* The broader task of designing a good user experience for serving w/ our Seldon: (109)[https://github.com/canonical/seldon-core-operator/issues/109]
* The field critical task of enabling users to access their seldon models from kubeflow pipeline steps: (110)[https://github.com/canonical/seldon-core-operator/issues/110]

We will prioritise the second (110) for this field critical issue, and tackle the broader task (109) as separately planned work
