KTorrent Queue Manager Allows One More Seed Than Specified

Minor, but seems like a bug.

Whatever I set "Maximum Seeds" to be it uploads one more. It's probably true of downloads, but I don't happen to be downloading anything. Sounds like confusion between array indices, which count from zero and a max count. Should be simple to fix.

What version of KTorrent is this? Version 2 or 3? If version 3 (ktorrent-kde4), it should be marked against the aforementioned package instead. (Version 2 is in maintenance mode, which is also read as obsolete in the KDE world :D)

This is KDE4 then. I'm going to confirm the bug, as I have no reason to doubt that you're telling the truth and it sounds like such a classical programmer's mistake :)

ktorrent-kde4 in intrepid is a transitional package. Unlike hardy which had a KDE 3 and KDE 4 version, intrepid only has ktorrent (which is the kde4 version)
