Не сохраняет новый документ \ Does not save new document

В терминале при попытке сохранения без расширения:
In the terminal when trying to save without an extension:

krita(4825)/koffice (filter manager): Couldn't create a valid filter chain to "application/octet-stream" !

Не сохраняет, если не указать вручную расширение в таких обнаруженных мной ситуациях:
1. Был создан новый документ
2. Файла изображения не существует где-либо на жёстком диске

"Файл" -> "Сохранить" или "Сохранить как" или иконка сохранения на панели -> вводя название без типа расширения сохранения не происходит.
