Bug Description

Some repo enablement instruction are hard coded and do not permit customization. They should be enclosed in a jinja2 block.

    Add missing Jinja2 block for repo enablement

    Also fix wrong variable name passed to the `customizable` macro that
    prevented them to be customizable.
