prometheus-openstack-exporter outdated release; issues with attaining flavor_id

**Bug Report**

What happened:
Utilizing the prometheus-openstack-exporter I am unable to get the flavor_id for instances, among other stats.

Current builds of prometheus-openstack-exporter are using build 1.6.0, which was released in 06/22. Since then quite a few metrics have been updated/moved so some metrics are no longer available from the exporter. An updated release 1.7.0 came out on Feb. 20/24 that addresses many of the issues for collecting metrics.

Would it be possible to update the version utilized in the prebuilt containers?
