openvswitch _db container is not running while deploying openstack

Bug Description

I am trying to deploy openstack but I am getting an error in ensuring OVS bridge is properly setup for not running openvswitch_db container.

I have tried to check the log for openvswitch container and it give me this error ( ovsdb-server: /var/run/openvswitch/ovsdb-server.pid: pidfile check failed (No such process), aborting)

please could you tell me how I can solve it.

Can you provide logs - or pointers how to reproduce it?
