Bug Description
ceph pool application is mandatory. otherwise, ceph health will be WARNING
docker exec ceph_mon ceph health detail
HEALTH_WARN application not enabled on 4 pool(s)
POOL_APP_
application not enabled on pool 'images'
application not enabled on pool 'volumes'
application not enabled on pool 'backups'
application not enabled on pool 'vms'
use 'ceph osd pool application enable <pool-name> <app-name>', where <app-name> is 'cephfs', 'rbd', 'rgw', or freeform for custom applications.
