Bug Description

helm install --debug kolla-kubernetes/helm/service/glance --namespace kolla --name glance --values /tmp/cloud.yaml

openstack create entrypoint ,,
/bin/bash error, command not found.

Need to install python-openstack client to Kolla-toolbox
