Image upload within Horizon

Bug Description

Using CentOS containers and CentOS host after a new deployment. Within Horizon dashboard trying to upload a image it will not upload you get the following in horizon.log file http://paste.openstack.org/show/593214/ and in Horizon you get the following https://www.dropbox.com/s/i0b7xttzcm2xmb4/Screenshot%202016-12-23%2021.44.17.png?dl=0

Does uploading images through cli works ?

Also Try with kolla/tools/init-runonce script.

Henry told me in irc, it works.

And i test this through master code, it works as expect. not sure whether it works in 3.0.1.

Yeah I have tried glance cli and init_script and they both work fine, its only when uploading images within Horizon.

Disabled SELinux and seems to be working now. Seems like having SELinux enabled causes alot of other issues also.
