fix documentation to point to correct nova-compute.conf file location

Bug Description

Current documentation asks to modify virt_type option in nova-compute.conf file inside /etc/kolla/config directory. However, I guess the path is now updated with new directory structure to /etc/kolla/nova-compute directory. Documentation needs to be updated to point to right directory.
