Horizon dashboard not loading properly

On centos-binary install there seems to be a problem, most buttons do not work. Javascript console shows the following error.

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module horizon.app due to:
Error: [$injector:nomod] Module 'horizon.app' is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it. If registering a module ensure that you specify the dependencies as the second argument.

which tag are you using? can u check the Network tab to check whether is there any resource is not loaded?

This is using horizon container built from master (4.0.0). Some pages load, but the functionality of some javascript buttons/actions are broken. For example, dropdown lists will refuse to change value to any selection but default. It is not possible to switch themes, etc.

This must have been package related. Rebuilding horizon containers in the past 30 mins has fixed it. Will close it out.
