mondodb backend users can specify own user and password for ceilometer database but in case of mysql backend it is limited to database_user/_port/_password. |
we can use external ceilometer mysql db only if we are provided with the same admin credentials as for internal database. It should be possible to use preconfigured mysql access without requiring "root" |
