haproxy logging not working

perhaps this is more of a question than statement.

haproxy logging produces very little output. It does not log any traffic/request like all other services do by default. Comparing the config to the haproxy documentation does seem to suggest that it should log more.

haproxy logs is written into syslog and received by heka/fluentd, now.

so mark this as invalid
