target host has useless log rotate config files

ansible.conf cinder.conf gnocchi.conf keepalived.conf manila.conf murano.conf rabbitmq.conf
aodh.conf glance.conf haproxy.conf keystone.conf mariadb.conf neutron.conf swift.conf
barbican.conf global.conf heat.conf magnum.conf mistral.conf nova.conf watcher.conf

even if I does not install the related components, the magnum.conf, mistral.conf, swift.conf, aodh.conf, watcher.conf are there.

    Only enabled services log files

    Only enabled services logs should be added to cron container
    and be inclued in cron.json.
    This PS adds logic to only copy enabled services cron files.
