the file_name '/tmp/mongodb_bootstrap_replication_set.js' does not exist, or is not readable

The file exists on the remote system (copied there with Copying the mongodb replication set bootstrap script task):

$ ll /tmp/mongodb_bootstrap_replication_set.js -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 332 Sep 13 13:06 /tmp/mongodb_bootstrap_replication_set.js

The file should exist on the local system because the lookup in Bootstraping the mongodb replication set only works on the local system.
