Bug Description

I try to deploy kolla with all-in-one setting following guide:
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/kolla/quickstart.html

I use "centos" as base and installation method is "source". kolla-build finished but when I do "kolla-ansible deploy" I got error in bootstrap_mariadb task [1], and MariaDB log is [2]

I tested with Ubuntu as base, this bug does not appear.

After 1st run is success, the 2nd,... run is failed, here is docker ps result:
