neutron-agent container not working with type source and neutron lbaas enabled

The neutron-agent container is not working when using type source and neutron lbaas enabled, because the neutron-agent container does not include the neutron lbaas code:

ImportError: Plugin 'neutron_lbaas.services.loadbalancer.plugin.LoadBalancerPluginv2' not found

    Install neutron-lbaas plugin in neutron-server container

    To include the neutron-lbaas sources in the neutron-base container when
    using the type source it is required to add the neutron-lbaas sources
    as a plugin for the neutron-server container.
