Remove Disable HAProxy Option from Quick Start Guide

The option to disable HAProxy is not commonly used and not recommended to be used. However, it is in the middle of the Quick Start Guide and generates questions for new users. I recommend we remove this section from the Quick Start Guide and move it to the Advanced Configuration Guide where it can be found be users who need it, while not confusing users who don't.

    out of the Quick Start Guide and into the Advanced Configuration
    Guide.
