Precheck should check for the host name in hosts file

Bug Description

The task "Check if all rabbit hostnames are resolvable" looks for the hostname in /etc/hosts file. But the precheck doesn't have a step to check that. Need to add this check in prechecks.yml file

why need check the hosts file? we need check the hostname is resolved which is only needed by rabbitmq? in the deployment env, there maybe dns server for this .
