Bug Description

With the version ofmaster as shown in the title, deployment fails and the neutron_linuxbridge_agent container goes on a constant reboot mode.

When attempting to connect to a container and starting linuxbridge_agent manually yields these logs. http://paste.openstack.org/show/493076/
