Libvirt is trying to connect to an existing bridge, but is unable to without OVS.

error : virExec:491 : Cannot find 'ovs-vsctl' in path: No such file or directory
error : virNetDevOpenvswitchRemovePort:188 : internal error: Unable to add port tap7aef98ec-10 to OVS bridge br-int
