Bug Description
Packages needed by Ceph are not installed in cinder-base, glance-base, nova-compute, and nova-libvirt. We should strive to use hammer packages of ceph as well. 0.80 is used by centos.

Make Ceph work for RPM based distributions
Ceph packages need to be installed in nova, glance, and cinder.
Once that is done, Ceph works like a champ!
