Bug Description

Hi
When I have 2 control nodes in my inventory file, I observe that the instance console of horizon can not display the VM console. It shows "Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)". So if I want to see the VM console, I have to either click to show only console or use novncproxy.

This happens when I have 2 control nodes. For 1 control node, the horizon instance console works fine.

Use memcache for consoleauth and horizon

Unfortunately there was no was to avoid memcache for consoleauth, so
we might as well take advantage of it for Horizon as well.

Hi, Sam
The problem still exists with the patch. Actually it becomes worse; event with one controller, horizon can not connect to the instance console. It shows ""Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)"

Have you tried with the instance console?
