Two links in two README.rst are getting error: "Page not found"

1.) Link for image building guide is given as "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/image-building.md".
But the correct one is "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/image-building.rst"

2.) Link for Pod is given as "https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/docs/pods.md".
But the correct one is "https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/docs/user-guide/pods.md".

Error 1 is obtained in https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/README.rst

Error 2 is obtained in https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/demos/magnum/redis-kube/README.rst.

3.) Link for Ansible configuration guide is given as "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/ansible-deployment.md". But it should be "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/ansible-deployment.rst"

And also one more error link "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/ansible-deployment.md", when we click on Ansible configuration guide in "dev-quickstart.rst".
It should be "https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/ansible-deployment.rst"

    Extension .md is changed to .rst

    For two links extension is wrong, it is changed
    For other one the path is wrong, it is updated
