keystone service port and admin port are swapped

Keystone public service port is 35357 and admin service port is 5000 - this values should be swap. This change affects more than one container and configuration file due many containers uses wrong default values for public service port. This values should be removed/changed to fulfill this bug.

After fulfill this bug, please edit integration-guide.md.

Michal, please provide more information. In the current integration-guide.md it shows ADMIN_PORT=35357 and PUBLIC_PORT=5000 Both of those values are correct. This bug may have already been fixed. Please report back with a link to where this information is incorrect to reopen the bug.

With the move to ansible, the ports in current master are correct. Further the integration-guide.md was removed, so marking as fix committed and bringing into liberty-3.
