Bug Description

If you look at ansible/roles/glance/tasks/register.yml in the Kolla git, you see two tasks that aren't presently being run in the Kolla-Kubernetes context.

Without those two lines, Glance won't appear in the service catalog but otherwise appears to function -- it currently just creates the database and syncs it in the three steps that do run.
