Bug Description

When more than one network interface is present on zun-compute node then the address used for WS connections (the one that zun-wsproxy uses) might be unreachable from the controller nodes (docker might not even listen on it).

Fix Zun Docker remote API host

This makes WS (so e.g. console) always work with the way we
deploy Zun. Otherwise it used the first IP address.
