Bug Description

When running a Kolla-ansbile deployed 2023.2 deployment with 3 controller nodes, the mariadb-clustercheck logs are continually spammed with the following on all nodes:

2024/08/22 19:52:45 socat[755661] W read(7, 0x55f5a6cf7000, 8192): Connection reset by peer
2024/08/22 19:52:45 socat[755666] W read(7, 0x55f5a6cf7000, 8192): Connection reset by peer
2024/08/22 19:52:45 socat[755655] W read(6, 0x55f5a6cf7000, 8192): Connection reset by peer
2024/08/22 19:52:45 socat[755661] W read(6, 0x55f5a6cf7000, 8192): Connection reset by peer
2024/08/22 19:52:45 socat[755666] W read(6, 0x55f5a6cf7000, 8192): Connection reset by peer

The database appears to be completely healthy. Additionally when running the clustercheck command manually within the containers it reports "Galera cluster node is synced".

I see the same issue reported here with no real follow up: https://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-discuss/2023-April/033294.html
